Weston Park Cancer Charity launched its #BeyondTheTreatment campaign, seeking to deliver an enormously worthwhile upgrade to Weston Park Hospital cancer wards that goes way beyond the NHS standards.
Setting out to provide its inpatients and their visitors with everything from wi-fi and entertainment facilities to comfort lighting and digital equipment, the campaign’s unveiling saw significant press attention. BBC and ITV crews, as well as leading print outlets, were present for the event, covering patron Jess Ennis-Hill’s delivery of the ambitions and ethos of #BeyondTheTreatment.
Hired by Weston Park Cancer Charity, Allen Design conceived everything from the brand identity and name to the dedicated new website, on-site promotional material, leaflets, posters, banners and email marketing.

The result is concept, creation and implementation that benefits from the creative input of the entire business.
Allen Design were able to deliver a wide-ranging concept. The background of their staff encompasses everything from traditional graphic design and marketing taglinery to web design, blogging and social media; a wide-ranging skill set that condenses what is generally the work of several departments into a cohesive unit, all operating out of an office in Attercliffe.
With what will no doubt be a far-reaching and successful campaign, #BeyondTheTreatment is a fitting example of the Allen Design Team’s forte: providing a big impact across many platforms and media; going way beyond mere design.
