Since 1977, Roundabout has supported thousands of young people and now assists over 380 individuals aged 16-25 daily. Homelessness journeys vary, with some young people needing only short-term support, but many others carry the effects of childhood trauma. This trauma often sets a challenging life path, and without intervention, young people can struggle to trust and thrive.

Roundabout offers services tailored to each young person’s needs, aiming to provide stability and a new path forward. This path may be daunting, yet Roundabout’s support allows young people to explore their potential and work toward a brighter future.

Creating a Website Aligned with Roundabout’s Vision

Roundabout approached Allen Design Team (ADT) to design and build a website that would effectively showcase its mission, support, and impact. ADT focused on creating a user-friendly site that is visually aligned with the charity’s values and adaptable for growth.

ADT’s team met with Roundabout multiple times to fully understand the charity’s needs, ensuring that the design and back-end CMS would remain flexible and evolve with Roundabout. The new site, launched in August, has been warmly received by fundraisers, volunteers, business partners, and, most importantly, by the young people it aims to support.

Caitlin, Marketing and Communications Manager at Roundabout, shared:

“We are thrilled with the new Roundabout website! The Allen Design team has supported us for several years with our annual impact reports, so we looked forward to working on this project with them. They truly listened to our brief, creating a site that reflects our brand with improved navigation and consistency. Their full WordPress training has enabled us to manage the site smoothly, and their ongoing support has been invaluable. They continue to respond to any queries or adjustments we need behind the scenes. We highly recommend their services!”
